In the circumstance of an issued certificate is being used for fraudulent use, the certificate should be revoked immediately and there is no refund.
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee may not apply to the purchase of certain customized-length validity period products or additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names) due to certain CA limitations. Pertaining to customized-length validity period products - you can request to cancel the service with no refund.
